Executed the note purchase an expeditious manner, hired local foreclosure/bankruptcy counsel and stepped into the foreclosure proceedings, which was further complicated by internal borrower litigation and ownership trust conflicts. Navigated the foreclosure process and negotiated a favorable outcome.
