Acquisitions and Investments

ReCor does not require an investment committee, board of directors or any oversight which would dictate whether or not we pursue specific acquisitions. We do not have minimum cap rate or minimum lease term requirements, as these are only some of the many factors we consider when making an acquisition decision. We purchase properties with various motivations, including long term ownership, immediate development/redevelopment, speculation or a myriad of market driven opportunities. We remain objective and nimble with our acquisition criteria, including purchases in primary, secondary and tertiary markets. Typical acquisition examples include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Freestanding Buildings
  • Single Tenant Retail
  • Single Tenant Industrial (Warehouses and Distribution Centers)
  • Multi-tenant Retail
  • Individually or as a Portfolio
  • Drug Stores
  • Junior Box Tenants
  • Grocery Stores
  • Auto Part Stores
  • Home Improvement Stores
  • Restaurants
  • Convenience Stores
  • Bank Branch Facilities
  • Land
